Currently, we offer lessons in Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Silks.
For Pole and Hoop we offer a range of classes tailored to different abilities and levels of experience; Beginner (no or some experience), Intermediate (1+ years experience), and Advanced (2+ years experience).
Society membership is required to book lessons (available to purchace for the year for £7 from the Union Box Office)
We hope to open up practise sessions when it is feasible to do so due to Covid restrictions. These will be free with society membership.

POLE FITNESS
Pole dancing/fitness is a fun and exciting new way to get fit, flexible and improve your self confidence. In this class we do strengthening work and stretching, alongside pole tricks, floorwork, spins, transitions and dance.
Our Pole classes are taught by the talented Zorena.

AERIAL HOOP
The aerial hoop is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling - similar to a static trapeze. Training aerial hoop can improve your upper body strength, core strength, flexibility and balance. It can be used static, spinning, or swinging for dynamic performances.
Our Hoop classes are taught by the talented Zorena.

AERIAL SILKS
Our Silks classes are mixed ability so anyone can attend.
Fabric is used to wrap, suspend, drop, swing, and spiral bodies into and out of beautiful and physically demanding positions. Working with silks is a creative and graceful full-body workout, with an emphasis on the upper body and core – even your fingers feel worked!
Our Silks classes are taught by the talented Tori.
